Job summary

Maverick Transportation, LLC. is seeking a Recruiter to drive the driver-focused hiring process, from sourcing to pre-employment evaluation. You will conduct phone interviews, pre-qualify candidates, and guide them through the hiring steps using our ATS.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED with 6–12 months of related experience or training, and strong communication and customer service skills. Office-based role with standard business hours and supportive team environment.

• 6–12 months related experience or training.
• No previous management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive the recruiting process by contacting potential candidates to sell Maverick Transportation.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates through ATS and other channels.
• Enter all candidate information in ATS and respond to voicemail, email, chat, and text messages.
• Manage and prioritize leads, communicating with candidates promptly and professionally.
• Develop a personal sales plan and review results; document activity in ATS.
• Maintain knowledge by attending relevant training.
