Venture Logistics, LLC is seeking a Driver Recruiter to build and maintain a qualified, DOT-compliant driver workforce. The role supports staffing, onboarding, and continuous improvement in recruitment processes to ensure reliable driver coverage.

You will collaborate with HR, Safety, and Operations, manage job fairs and CDL school outreach, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience; logistics experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and driver qualification standards.
• Proficient with ATS, HRIS, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for company drivers and owner-operators, including intake, screening, compliance, and offers.
• Respond to candidate inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with timely communication.
• Coordinate pre-employment requirements such as drug screenings, MVR reviews, and DOT verifications.
• Plan weekly driver orientations, including travel, lodging, training materials, and onboarding presentations.
• Maintain records in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
