Maverick USA, Inc. seeks a Recruiter Coordinator II to be the primary point of contact for driver candidates throughout onboarding.

You will coordinate candidate movement through the hiring pipeline, schedule assessments and orientation, and maintain ongoing communication with applicants. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with DOT and company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for driver applicants during onboarding.
• Maintain ATS discipline and accurate candidate status updates.
• Coordinate and track onboarding requirements and documents.
• Schedule pre-employment activities (DOTs, screenings, orientation).
• Support recruiters and cross-cover during high-volume periods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve applicant issues and ensure compliance.
