Job summary

Auto Driveaway Systems, LLC is seeking an energetic Driver Recruiter to attract, interview, and onboard drivers across asset types, including CDL/CAP resources. You will collaborate with safety/compliance teams and internal partners to forecast driver needs and build a compliant, high-performing driver network.

You will monitor FMCSA compliance, manage onboarding, and drive reporting and analytics to support safe operations and excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience with full lifecycle recruitment for drivers.
• Experience with CDL drivers is strongly desired.
• Background in transportation, logistics or related fields.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and high energy.
• Passion for safety and customer experience.
• Ability to conduct cold calls and online sourcing.
• Proficiency with email and Excel.
• Strong project planning and reporting skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Recruit professional drivers for all asset types, including DOT and CDL capable resources.
• Screen applications; conduct phone and/or in-person interviews to onboard drivers.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to align driver population with forecasts and projects.
• Develop driver utilization metrics to keep safe drivers busy and rewarded.
• Establish a driver engagement platform to drive culture, safety, and inclusion across a dispersed network.
• Partner with safety and compliance on onboarding and training processes.
• Explore new recruiting opportunities using traditional and non-traditional methods.
• Provide requested reporting and analytics.
• Grow Auto Driveaway’s reputation as the driveaway company of choice nationwide.
