Page Transportation & Page E.T.C. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage the front end of the driver recruiting process. You will convert inquiries from calls, chats, and job-board leads into complete applications ready for review by a Driver Recruiter.

The role focuses on efficient candidate interactions, gathering qualifying information, scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate applicant data while upholding confidentiality. Travel may be required for recruiting events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
• Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and agree to drug-free workplace policies.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming recruiting calls promptly and professionally.
• Convert recruiting inquiries into full applications and guide qualified prospects.
• Keep recruiting conversations focused and efficient.
• Follow up with applicants who started but not completed an application.
• Collect required recruiting information and documents to move applicants forward.
• Coordinate and schedule Zoom interviews and recruiting appointments.
