Growing Generations is seeking a Donor Specialist to join our Donor Services Team. This full-time role reports to the Director of Donor Services and focuses on guiding egg and sperm donors through the process with a high level of customer service and confidentiality.

You will review donor applications, conduct educational video consultations, manage intake, help donors craft compelling profiles, and coordinate with the Donor Matching team to secure successful matches and smooth onboarding.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service, phone, and computer skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook; Salesforce a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and interact with diverse clients.

Responsabilidades

• Review donor applications and make informed acceptance/declination decisions.
• Conduct video consultations to explain donation process and timelines.
• Guide donors through intake, collect and review documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist donors in creating compelling donor profiles for better matching.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned donors with timely, professional communication.
• Collaborate with Donor Matching team to support successful matches.
