Job summary

Growing Generations is seeking a Donor Specialist to join our Donor Services Team. You will guide egg and sperm donors through the process with a high level of service and clear communication, ensuring safety and compliance at every step.

You will conduct video consultations, review applications, manage intake, assist with donor profiles, and collaborate across teams to match donors with intended parents. Excellent empathy and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service, phone, and computer skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook; Salesforce a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Interact with a broad range of clients from different cultures and regions.
• Positive and flexible attitude with strong accountability.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate donor applications per criteria and safety standards.
• Conduct video consultations with prospective donors to explain the process, expectations, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Guide donors through intake, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation.
• Assist donors in creating compelling donor profiles to improve selection chances.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned donors with high-quality communication.
• Collaborate with Donor Matching and internal teams to align donor profiles with client needs.
• Maintain detailed case documentation and monitor progress and compliance.
• Provide post-cycle follow-up and determine readiness for republishing or rematching.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for recruitment and admissions.
