Growing Generations in Annapolis, MD seeks a Donor Specialist to guide egg and sperm donors through applications, intake, and profile preparation. You’ll provide high-touch, compassionate support and collaborate with the Donor Matching team to align donor profiles with client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation with a compassionate approach.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficient in MS Office suite; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted guide for egg and sperm donors through early journey stages.
• Review donor applications and make alignment decisions with criteria and safety standards.
• Conduct educational video consultations to explain donation process and timelines.
• Guide donors through intake, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
• Support donors in creating compelling donor profiles for selection considerations.
• Maintain timely, clear, empathetic communication with donors and团队.
