Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking a Document Production Workflow Coordinator to deliver timely and accurate document production in a high-volume environment. The role requires advanced software aptitude for proofreading, edits, formatting, conversions, and quality checks across client deliverables.

You will intake requests, prioritize work across a shift, train teammates, and ensure adherence to formatting standards while communicating with clients and management to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; substitution allowed.
• Minimum 3 years office experience, proofreading, or document production.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; troubleshoot relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Intake work requests from clients and clarify deadlines.
• Prioritize and balance multiple projects across team.
• Lead QA, proofreading, and quality assurance for documents.
• Identify and correct errors in complex business documents.
• Check proofs against mark-up for accuracy and formatting.
