Responsibilities

• Intakes work requests from clients and clarifies instructions and deadlines.
• Prioritizes requests and coordinates multiple projects across the team.
• Acts as a go-to resource for document production quality and proofreading standards.
• Identifies and corrects errors in complex business documents to ensure high-quality output.
• Checks proofs against mark‑up and verifies proper formatting and citations.
