Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; experience may substitute.
• Minimum of 3 years in an office setting with proofreading or document production.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; able to troubleshoot software.
• Proficiency in document production and proofreading procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality; able to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Intakes work requests from clients and clarifies job instructions.
• Prioritizes and coordinates multiple projects across the team.
• Acts as a resource on document production, proofreading and QA.
• Identify and correct errors in complex business documents.
• Verify formatting and citations for accuracy.
• Ensure proofs align with client markups and standards.
• Train and develop team members on processes and trends.
• Communicate with manager or client on deadlines and issues.
• Support shift coordination and workflow within site.
