Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year document production experience in a legal, banking or large corporate environment preferable.
• Strong keyboarding and typing skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Operate document production tasks using logs/tracking software.
• Assess job requests and ensure completion of tasks throughout lifecycle.
• Edit, proof, convert, create, transcribe or complete document production requests.
• Meet contracted deadlines and communicate status with team or client.
• Provide quality assurance and maintain professionalism under deadlines.
