Job summary

RR Donnelley is seeking a Document Production Workflow Coordinator for the 1st shift onsite in Wheeling, WV. You will deliver timely, accurate document production and provide strong proofreading, formatting, and quality assurance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires advanced MS Office skills, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate multiple projects, train teammates, and communicate effectively with clients and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with years of experience able to substitute.
• Minimum of 3 years prior office experience, proofreading, word processing or document production experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; able to troubleshoot applicable software.
• Advanced knowledge of document production and/or proofreading procedures and practices.
• Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality; ability to coordinate across the team.

Responsibilities

• Intakes work requests from the client; clarify job instructions and deadlines.
• Prioritizes work and coordinates multiple projects across team.
• Acts as a leading resource for questions on document production, proofreading and QA.
• Identifies and corrects errors in complex business documents.
• Checks corrected proofs against mark-up for quality assurance.
• Monitors adherence to formatting standards and reference resources.
• Trains team members on processes and new trends in document production.
• Communicates with manager or client on job or deadline issues.
