Job summary

RRD is seeking a Document Production Workflow Coordinator based in Wheeling, WV to deliver exceptional client service through accurate document production in a fast-paced environment. You will assess documents, perform edits and formatting, and lead training across shifts to uphold quality and deadlines.

The role requires advanced MS Office skills and proven experience in proofreading, formatting, and project coordination with the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; substitution allowed.
• 3+ years of office experience, proofreading, word processing or document production.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; able to troubleshoot software for the business/client.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) certification desired.
• Extensive experience in document production, proofreading, and business terminology.

Responsibilities

• Intakes work requests from the client and negotiates deadlines.
• Prioritizes work across the team and coordinates multiple projects.
• Acts as a leading resource for document production, proofreading and QA.
• Identifies and corrects errors in complex business documents.
• Trains team members and coordinates workflow across shifts.
• Communicates with manager and/or client on job or deadline issues.
• Ensures deadlines are met and high-quality work delivered.
