RR Donnelley & Sons seeks a Document Production Associate to provide word processing and document production services. The role follows a 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at our Wheeling, WV site.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1 year of document production experience, and strong MS Office skills. You will work quickly and accurately to meet client deadlines and support quality output.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year document production experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate document production processes and logs.
• Edit, proof, and format documents to client specs.
• Meet deadlines and maintain client confidentiality.
