Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year document production experience in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong keyboarding and typing skills.
• Familiar with other software programs for editing and/or creating documents.

Responsibilities

• Use logs and tracking software for document production work.
• Assess job requests and ensure completion throughout task lifecycle.
• Edit, proof, create, transcribe or convert documents as required to client satisfaction.
• Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery.
• Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems.
• Perform quality assurance on work and adhere to policies.
