Physicians Eyecare Group seeks a Doctor Technician to be the first touchpoint for patients, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth transition from clinical services to the retail team. Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs.
• Effective communication with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify needs to promote products and services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; assist management with patient complaint resolution.
• Maintain brand standards and assist in the lab when needed to expedite eyeglass delivery.
• Ensure patient records are accurate and kept confidential per HIPAA.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly goals and support clinical and retail teams.
