Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to provide outstanding customer service and support both clinical and retail teams in our California stores. You will greet patients, answer inquiries, promote services, and assist with appointment scheduling while ensuring accurate patient records and HIPAA compliance.

Qualified candidates have 1 year of customer service experience and an associate degree or higher; optical experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
