Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver outstanding patient service at the store level, guiding patients from clinical services to retail. You will greet patients, gather information, schedule appointments, and help with product and service recommendations while maintaining HIPAA privacy.

The role emphasizes reliability, multitasking, and a customer-first attitude. Experience in optical/care settings is a plus, with a supportive team and comprehensive benefits policy.

Formación

• Associate degree or certification required or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse group of people.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Able to stay proactive and solve problems to address patient concerns.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience by collaborating with team members to meet store goals and metrics.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and explain available products and services for a memorable visit.
• Answer inquiries and collect information to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with patient communications.
• Assist with complaint resolution and status updates for orders; meet patient expectations.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of patient records per HIPAA requirements.
