Qualifications

• Associate degree or certification completed or in progress.
• 2+ years of delivering excellent customer service to patients or customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding patient experience, supporting store goals and metrics.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and explain products and services.
• Answer inquiries and collect information to ensure a positive visit.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and manage follow-ups.
