Job summary

Exelon is seeking a highly capable supervisor to coordinate and lead a distribution operations workforce. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and effective construction activities across the distribution system.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years internal utility company experience or equivalent external experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in planning/scheduling of projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead distribution operations support workforce to complete tasks safely and on schedule.
• Guide individuals or groups toward goal achievement and handle union relations as needed.
• Plan assignments and allocate resources for scheduled work.
• Review and sequence work tasks based on experience and constraints.
• Set performance goals, coach, and evaluate staff.
• Coordinate emergency work to restore service.
