Exelon Corporation in Rockville, MD is seeking a first-line supervisor to coordinate and lead distribution system construction activities. You will ensure safety, training, and qualifications across the workforce while maintaining schedules and budgets.

In this role you may work extended hours during storms or energy emergencies, coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, and drive performance through coaching, planning, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years internal utility company experience or equivalent external experience
• Valid driver’s license and demonstrated ability to support and enforce safe work behavior
• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability at planning and scheduling projects

Responsabilités

• Direct distribution operations support workforce to ensure safe, efficient completion of tasks and meet schedule.
• Guide individuals and groups toward goal achievement, including handling union reps and grievances.
• Plan assignments and allocate resources to accomplish tasks.
• Review and sequence work to optimize crew performance and safety.
• Establish performance goals, coach and evaluate employee performance.
• Develop alternative action plans based on resources and constraints while upholding company values.
• Support emergency work to restore service during outages.
