Qualifications

• 4–7 years internal utility company experience or equivalent external experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to plan/schedule projects.
• Experience with supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct distribution operations support workforce to ensure safe, efficient completion of tasks on schedule.
• Guide individuals or groups toward goal achievement and address union relations as needed.
• Plan assignments of personnel and resources for scheduled and emergent work.
• Review and evaluate tasks to optimize sequencing and utilization.
• Set performance goals, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
• Support emergency work to restore service during outages.
