Exelon Corporation in Rockville, MD is seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead craft personnel in the construction, operation and maintenance of overhead electric, underground electric and gas facilities. You will ensure safe, efficient work and align with bargaining agreements to deliver reliable service.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety compliance, and budget-conscious resource planning, with on-call responsibilities during storms or outages.

Formación

• 4-7 years internal utility company experience or equivalent external experience.
• 2-3 years internal supervisory experience or acceptable Supervisory Assessment.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrated knowledge of operating and construction work practices.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to support and enforce safe work behavior; requires working knowledge of safety rules and work practices.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and direct craft employees to assure safety, reliability and productivity goals.
• Coach and evaluate employee performance; execute labor strategies under the bargaining agreement.
• Coordinate emergency response with 24-hour on-call requirements.
• Plan resources within budgets and develop alternatives based on facts and constraints.
• Promote a high-performance culture and diversity; act as a change agent.
