Exelon is seeking a skilled supervisor to direct craft personnel in the construction, operation and maintenance of electric and gas facilities within the assigned region. You will lead teams, ensure safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction, and drive labor strategies under the collective bargaining framework.

You will also manage budgets, coordinate emergencies, and promote diversity and high performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years internal utility company experience or equivalent external experience.
• 2-3 years internal supervisory experience or acceptable rating on Supervisory Assessment.
• Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license.
• Demonstrated knowledge of operating and construction work practices.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to support and enforce safe work behavior; requires working knowledge of safety rules and work practices.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and direct craft employees to assure safety, reliability and productivity goals.
• Provide leadership to and development of the craft workforce; conduct performance reviews and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate emergency response to restore service; 24-hour on-call responsibilities.
• Work within departmental budgets and plan resource coverage to meet business plans and objectives.
• Promote a high performance culture and diversity; act as a change agent for business initiatives.
