Exelon is seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead craft personnel in the construction, operation and maintenance of overhead electric, underground electric, and gas facilities across the designated region. You will ensure safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction while aligning with labor agreements.

Responsibilities include directing 12–20 direct reports, developing the workforce, coordinating emergency responses, managing budgets, and promoting a high-performance, inclusive culture.

Formación

• 4-7 years internal utility company experience or equivalent external experience.
• 2-3 years internal supervisory experience or validated through assessment.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrated knowledge of operating and construction work practices.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to support and enforce safe work behavior.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and direct craft employees to achieve safety, reliability and productivity goals.
• Provide leadership to craft workforce; coach, evaluate performance and conduct reviews.
• Coordinate emergency response with 24-hour on-call responsibilities.
• Work within budgets; plan resources and develop alternatives when needed.
• Promote a high-performance, diverse, learning-oriented environment.
