Qualifications

• 4-7 years internal utility company experience
• Valid driver's license and demonstrated ability to support and enforce safe work behavior
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to improve team performance
• Demonstrated ability at planning/scheduling of projects
• Preferred: utility operations experience and distribution system knowledge
• URD and overhead distribution knowledge

Responsabilités

• Direct distribution operations support workforce to ensure safe, efficient completion of tasks on schedule.
• Guide individuals and groups toward goals while addressing unions and grievances.
• Plan assignments and allocate resources for scheduled and emergent work.
• Review tasks to plan and sequence work using experience and data.
• Establish performance goals, coach, train, and evaluate personnel.
• Support emergency work to restore service and coordinate storm restoration activities.
