Exelon is seeking a first-line supervisor to coordinate and lead a distribution workforce, ensuring safe, on-time completion of construction and restoration tasks. The role emphasizes safety, qualifications, and performance management, with extended hours during storms or emergencies.

Responsibilities include directing crews, coordinating with internal groups and external agencies, and upholding the Exelon Management Model.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years internal utility company experience or equivalent external experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Demonstrated ability to support and enforce safe work behavior.
• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to improve team performance.

Responsabilités

• Direct distribution operations support workforce to ensure the safe, efficient completion of tasks to schedule; assist as needed.
• Guide individuals or groups toward goals; handle union reps and grievances as needed.
• Plan assignments of personnel and resources; allocate tools and materials effectively.
• Review tasks and sequence work based on experience to optimize productivity.
• Establish performance goals, coach, train, and evaluate staff.
• Support emergency work to restore service during storms or outages.
