• Exceptional collaboration and communication; ability to influence senior leaders.
• Portfolio required.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision for Cengage's web experience and UX/UI strategy.
• Lead and mentor design team; drive measurable impact.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering on hypotheses and tests.
• Advance ecommerce and conversion experiences.
• Design across the full customer journey from acquisition to engagement.
• Use data to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Develop talent and coach designers; foster a culture of continuous optimization.
