Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Director, SMR - EPC to lead strategic growth and execution of its Small Modular Reactor EPC portfolio.

You will set operational direction, cultivate client relationships, and oversee delivery of complex nuclear infrastructure projects in a rapidly expanding segment. The role emphasizes financial performance, risk management, and building a high-performing team of project managers, engineers, and leaders, with a strong culture of safety, quality, and employee

Qualifications

• Must have extensive EPC leadership experience in heavy industrial/power/nuclear sectors.
• Strong P&L accountability and financial management skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans for complex portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the strategic direction for Rosendin's SMR EPC portfolio.
• Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, profitability, cash flow and cost management.
• Build and maintain client and industry relationships to secure new SMR EPC projects.
• Provide executive oversight across the full EPC lifecycle from development to commissioning.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of project managers and engineers.
• Identify project risks and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
