Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Director, SMR - EPC to drive strategic growth and oversee the financial and operational performance of the SMR EPC portfolio. This executive role focuses on establishing direction, cultivating key client relationships, and delivering complex nuclear projects.

You will influence Rosendin's market position as an employee-owned leader. The position requires leading senior teams, managing P&L, and ensuring safety and quality across the EPC lifecycle while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Nuclear Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree is highly preferred.
• 15+ years in electrical construction or EPC project delivery, with heavy industrial experience.
• 7+ years in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead strategy for Rosendin's SMR EPC portfolio aligning with company objectives.
• Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, profitability, cash flow, and cost management.
• Forge client and industry relationships to secure SMR EPC projects.
• Oversee EPC lifecycle from development to commissioning.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of project managers and engineers.
• Identify and mitigate project risks honoring safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with leadership on market opportunities and strategic investments.
• Represent Rosendin in SMR and nuclear industry engagements.
