Rosendin Electric in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, SMR - EPC to lead planning, execution, and performance across Rosendin’s SMR EPC portfolio. You’ll oversee complex nuclear infrastructure projects with emphasis on safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client outcomes.

This hybrid role requires advanced leadership, deep EPC lifecycle knowledge, and ability to build cross‑functional teams. Travel up to 50% and strong collaboration with clients, regulators, and internal

Qualifications

• Advanced leadership of large-scale EPC projects.
• Deep understanding of the full EPC lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• PMP preferred; OSHA 30 required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of SMR EPC projects aligned with Rosendin objectives and standards.
• Translate strategies into executable plans with objectives and deliverables.
• Oversee portfolio performance: safety, quality, schedule, cost, cash flow.
• Provide leadership across EPC lifecycle from preconstruction to turnover.
• Mentor teams and collaborate with Business Development to pursue opportunities.
