Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Director, SMR - EPC to lead strategic growth, operational execution, and financial performance of the SMR EPC portfolio. You will set the direction for an emerging business and build strong client and industry relationships to deliver complex nuclear infrastructure projects.

Your leadership will shape Rosendin’s long-term market position, drive capital investments, and foster a culture of safety, quality, and employee ownership across a high‑performing team of project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Nuclear Engineering, or closely related field.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field highly preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in electrical construction or EPC project delivery.
• At least 7 years in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the strategy for Rosendin’s SMR EPC portfolio.
• Own the financial performance including P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.
• Establish market priorities and pursue SMR EPC projects with key clients and industry partners.
• Provide executive oversight across the full EPC lifecycle from development to commissioning.
• Lead and grow a high-performing team of project managers and engineers.
• Identify risks and ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate market opportunities and investments.
• Represent Rosendin in industry associations and stakeholder engagements.
