Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Director, SMR - EPC to lead strategic growth and execution of Rosendin’s Small Modular Reactor EPC portfolio. You will oversee financial performance, client relations, and cross-functional operations for complex nuclear infrastructure projects.

You will guide senior teams through development, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases while driving safety, quality, and employee ownership in a fast-growing, employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership of senior-level project teams in a complex EPC environment.
• Strong financial management: P&L, budgeting, forecasting, risk control.
• Deep technical EPC delivery knowledge in power generation, heavy industrial, or nuclear sectors.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic business plans and market opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building with clients and partners.
• Thorough knowledge of construction safety, QA/QC, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the business and operating strategy for Rosendin’s SMR EPC portfolio.
• Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, profitability, cash flow, and cost management.
• Set market priorities, pursue strategies, and secure new SMR EPC projects.
• Provide executive oversight across the EPC lifecycle from development to commissioning.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of PMs, engineers, and leaders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; ensure contractual, safety, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate opportunities and allocate resources.
• Represent Rosendin in SMR and nuclear industry associations and events.
