Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Director of SMR - EPC to drive strategic growth and oversee complex nuclear infrastructure projects. You will establish the operational direction for an emerging business area, build key client relationships, and guide the EPC lifecycle from development through commissioning.

You will lead a high-performing team, ensure safety and quality, manage risk, and align investments with Rosendin's employee-owned culture and long-term market position.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years experience in electrical construction/EPC project delivery.
• 7+ years in senior management with P&L responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead the SMR EPC portfolio strategy and operating plan.
• Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability for the portfolio.
