Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, SMR - EPC to lead planning, execution, and performance of complex nuclear infrastructure projects. You will ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are met while guiding teams and coordinating with clients and regulators.

You will translate strategy into actionable plans, drive continuous improvement, and mentor staff across the EPC lifecycle in a hybrid work environment with substantial travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM or related field; 12–15 years in construction ops; at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing a portfolio of EPC projects.
• Experience managing EPC projects in power generation, energy infrastructure, or nuclear sectors.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and align project objectives with client and company goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of an assigned portfolio of SMR EPC projects, ensuring alignment with objectives, commitments, client expectations, and Rosendin standards.
• Translate strategies into project execution plans, priorities, resource needs, and measurable deliverables.
• Manage portfolio performance across safety, quality, schedule, cost, productivity, and client satisfaction.
• Provide leadership across the full EPC lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout.
• Establish governance, controls, stage-gate reviews, and reporting for complex nuclear projects.
• Serve as primary liaison between Rosendin, clients, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks with comprehensive risk management strategies.
• Mentor project teams to foster safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Business Development to pursue new SMR opportunities.
