Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Director, SMR - EPC to drive strategic growth and oversee the complete EPC lifecycle for nuclear projects. You will own P&L, lead cross-functional teams, and build high-level client relationships to secure complex SMR opportunities.

This executive role demands deep EPC and nuclear industry knowledge, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure with safety and quality at the forefront. Travel up to 35% is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Nuclear Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years progressive experience in electrical construction or EPC project delivery, with focus on complex industrial projects.
• At least 7 years in senior management or director-level role with P&L responsibility.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead the comprehensive business and operating strategy for Rosendin’s SMR EPC portfolio.
• Own the financial performance including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and cash flow.
• Establish market priorities and cultivate client/industry relationships to win new SMR EPC projects.
• Provide executive oversight across the full EPC lifecycle from development to commissioning.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of project managers and engineers.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring regulatory safety and quality controls.
• Partner with leadership to evaluate opportunities and drive strategic investments.
• Represent Rosendin as a thought leader in SMR and advanced nuclear energy.
