Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Director, SMR - EPC to lead strategic growth and execution of its Small Modular Reactor EPC portfolio. You will shape the operating direction, cultivate critical client and industry relationships, and drive successful, complex nuclear infrastructure projects.

Your leadership will influence Rosendin’s long-term market position, financial results, and shared success as an employee-owned company while upholding safety, quality, and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Nuclear Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in electrical construction or EPC project delivery.
• 7+ years of leadership in a senior management role with direct P&L responsibility.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the SMR EPC portfolio strategy and operating plan.
• Own the P&L and financial performance of the SMR EPC portfolio.
• Build and maintain key client and industry relationships to win new projects.
• Oversee full EPC lifecycle from development to commissioning.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing project team focused on safety and quality.
• Identify risks and ensure compliance with regulatory and contract requirements.
