Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Director, SMR - EPC to lead strategic growth, operations, and financial performance of its Small Modular Reactor EPC portfolio. You will establish the operational direction for an emerging business area, cultivate client and industry relationships, and ensure successful delivery of complex nuclear infrastructure projects.

Your leadership will influence Rosendin's market position and shared ownership culture as an employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive EPC project delivery experience in electrical, power or heavy industrial sectors.
• 7+ years in leadership roles with direct P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record in securing projects and cultivating client relationships.
• Engineering background with strong business acumen and safety focus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead the strategic growth and operating plan for Rosendin's SMR EPC portfolio.
• Own the P&L, budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and cash flow for the portfolio.
• Establish market priorities, pursue opportunities, and build key client relationships.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from development to commissioning with executive oversight.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team; foster safety, quality, and employee ownership.
• Identify risks, ensure contractual compliance, regulatory adherence and QA/QC programs.
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate opportunities and drive strategic investments.
• Represent Rosendin as a thought leader in SMR and nuclear energy industry.
