Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Director, SMR - EPC to drive strategic growth and oversee the execution of Rosendin's Small Modular Reactor EPC portfolio.

You will shape the operational direction, cultivate key client relationships, and lead a high-performing team through complex nuclear infrastructure projects. You will ensure financial performance, manage risk, and advance Rosendin's capabilities in the SMR domain while maintaining the employee-owned culture and safety standards that

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of senior project teams in complex EPC settings.
• Strong P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Deep EPC delivery knowledge in power generation, heavy industrial, or nuclear sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the business and operating strategy for Rosendin's SMR EPC portfolio.
• Own the financial performance including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Establish market priorities, pursue opportunities, and build client relationships to win SMR EPC projects.
• Provide executive oversight across the full EPC lifecycle from development to commissioning.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of project managers and engineers.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate new markets and drive strategic investments.
• Represent Rosendin in industry associations and events.
