Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, SMR - EPC in Anaheim, CA to lead planning, execution, and performance of nuclear EPC projects. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client outcomes across a portfolio, driving governance and risk management.

You will mentor teams, coordinate with clients and regulators, and help pursue new SMR opportunities while upholding Rosendin’s ownership culture and ESOP framework.

Qualifikationen

• 12-15 years of progressive experience in construction operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing a portfolio of projects.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred; OSHA 30-hour certification and advanced safety training are required.
• Experience with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects, preferably in power, energy infrastructure, or nuclear sectors.

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of SMR EPC projects with Rosendin standards.
• Translate strategies into executable project plans, priorities, and measurable deliverables.
• Manage portfolio performance across safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction.
• Provide leadership across the full EPC lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout.
• Establish governance, controls, and reporting for complex nuclear projects.
• Mentor and develop project teams to promote safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with business development to pursue new SMR opportunities.
