You will lead through managers and partner with Sales leadership to drive provider adoption, retention, and scalable processes that enable sustainable growth.

You will build executive-level relationships, oversee performance reviews, and contribute to market strategy while traveling up to 40% for meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or healthcare leadership roles.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing leaders and provider-facing teams.
• 3+ years of sales leadership and sales strategy experience.
• Experience with growth, market expansion, and revenue initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with executives to execute strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the provider relations strategy across Lumicera Direct.
• Lead providers engagement, account management, and provider support operations.
• Establish executive relationships with physician executives and health system leaders.
• Oversee budget, workforce planning, and resource allocation for provider relations.
• Drive provider satisfaction, referral growth, and service adoption initiatives.
• Provide executive reporting and market intelligence to leadership.
• Travel up to 40% for provider meetings and industry events.
