Lumicera Health Services seeks a Director, Provider Relations to lead provider engagement, operations, and account management for Lumicera Direct. Drive strategic vision, growth, retention, and service excellence across provider networks.

Partner with senior leaders to shape market strategy, oversee multiple teams, and implement scalable processes that enhance provider experience and performance. This role requires strong engagement with executive stakeholders and cross-divisional collaboration.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required; MBA/MHA preferred.
• Current, unrestricted Pharmacist license or reciprocity within 4 months.
• Advanced training in healthcare leadership or business strategy preferred.
• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or related healthcare leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading leaders and provider-facing teams.
• 3+ years of sales leadership and sales strategy.
• Experience driving growth, market expansion, and revenue initiatives.
• Experience with executive-level strategic planning and initiatives.
• Understanding of specialty pharmacy operations and provider workflows.
• Experience using CRM, analytics, forecasting, and BI tools.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute provider relations strategy aligned with growth objectives.

• Travel up to 40% for provider meetings and industry events.
