Lumicera Health Services seeks a Director of Provider Relations to lead the engagement, operations, and partnerships across Lumicera Direct. You will shape strategy with senior leaders and manage provider-facing teams to deliver growth and high-quality service.

You will build executive-level partnerships with physician executives and health system leaders, driving referrals and provider adoption while optimizing operations and provider satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required; MBA/MPA preferred.
• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy or healthcare leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading multiple functions and provider-facing teams.
• 3+ years in sales leadership and strategy.
• Experience with CRM platforms and BI reporting.

• Develop and execute provider relations strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead vision and operating model for provider relations, account management, and provider support.
• Collaborate with Sales leaders to drive provider growth and referral expansion.
