Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Director of Provider Relations to lead the strategy and execution for provider engagement across Lumicera Direct. You will supervise account management, provider support operations, and engagement functions, aligning with growth and market expansion goals.

You will partner with senior sales leaders to drive provider adoption, retention, and revenue growth while maintaining executive relationships with physicians and health systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required; MBA/ MHA/ Master’s preferred.
• Current, unrestricted Pharmacist licensure or ability to gain reciprocity within 4 months; state-specific rules apply.
• 8+ years in specialty pharmacy, healthcare services, provider relations, or related leadership roles.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing leaders across multiple functions; healthcare environment.
• 3+ years of sales leadership; leading sales teams and strategy.
• Experience with growth, market expansion, account retention, referral development, and revenue initiatives.
• Experience working with executive leaders to develop and execute strategic plans; organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the provider relations strategy aligned with growth and market expansion.
• Lead vision and operating model for provider relations, account management, and provider engagement.
• Partner with VP, Sales and Director, Provider Sales on strategic initiatives for growth and retention.
• Serve as executive sponsor for provider organizations and strategic partnerships.
• Establish executive relationships with physician leaders and health system executives to strengthen partnerships.
• Lead business reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities.
• Oversee provider feedback channels and communicate actionable insights to leadership.
• Act as primary liaison between providers and Lumicera leadership on strategic planning.
• Identify growth opportunities to increase engagement, referrals, and revenue.
