As Director, Platform Accounts Management, you will lead a strategic commercial organization to grow and strengthen platform partnerships, shaping strategy and guiding cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable business impact.

You will build senior partnerships, drive portfolio performance, and influence major commercial decisions while navigating complex multi‑partner environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in account management, strategic partnerships, customer success, business development, consulting, or related roles.
• Experience influencing organizational strategy, operating models, and cross‑functional decision‑making in complex environments.
• Proven ability to shape strategy and influence senior stakeholders in enterprise partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead with strategy, develop exceptional teams, and shape how Affirm grows and strengthens our platform partnerships.
• Set the vision and strategy for Account Management across a portfolio of diverse platform partners.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing organization with accountability and scalable execution.
• Drive portfolio performance across retention, growth, product adoption, and operational health.
• Navigate complex business challenges and balance partner needs with Affirm’s priorities.
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders at strategic partners.
• Influence broader commercial strategy through insights from platform partnerships and market dynamics.
• Establish scalable operating models, rhythms, and performance frameworks.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Risk, Finance, and Operations.
