Job summary

Affirm is reinventing credit with honest, flexible payment options. We are seeking a Director of Platform Accounts Management to lead a strategic commercial organization that grows and strengthens platform partnerships while shaping strategy and guiding cross‑functional execution.

You will build and scale a high‑performing organization, drive portfolio performance, and serve as a senior strategic partner on complex decisions with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in account management, strategic partnerships, customer success, or related leadership roles.
• Experience influencing organizational strategy and cross-functional decision making.
• Proven ability to align teams, drive priorities, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and build high-performing teams across platform accounts.
• Define vision for account management across a portfolio of platform partners.
• Develop scalable operating models and performance frameworks.
• Drive retention, growth, and product adoption across partnerships.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Risk, Finance, and Operations.
