You’ll shape strategy, build a high‑performing team, and collaborate cross‑functionally to drive scalable business impact and platform success. This is a remote‑first role with occasional office work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in account management, strategic partnerships, or related commercial leadership roles.
• Experience influencing organizational strategy, operating models, and cross-functional decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and build high-performing platform account management teams.
• Set vision for account management across a portfolio of diverse platform partners.
• Drive portfolio performance across retention, growth, product adoption, and operational excellence.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Risk, Finance, and Operations to deliver merchant outcomes.
