Responsibilities

• Lead with strategy, develop high‑performing teams, and shape platform growth and partnerships.
• Set vision and strategy for Account Management across a diverse portfolio of partners.
• Develop a scalable operating model and performance framework for the organization.
• Drive retention, growth, product adoption, and healthy partnerships.
