Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in account management, strategic partnerships, customer success, business development, or related leadership roles.
• Experience influencing organizational strategy and cross-functional decision-making in complex environments.
• Ability to build alignment across teams and drive long-term business outcomes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with executives and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in fintech, platforms, payments, or SaaS is preferred.
